DAILY WORKOUT
Many of us have  great pre-workout and workout routine. We drink plenty of water before and drinkingexercise, warm up, stretch, work the entire body and get in some cardio training as well.Then after the last exercise, we promptly headback to the locker room, change and journey home

what so many out there do not realize is the importance of what you do while working out the type of exerciseyou are doing, would effect which body part and the angle is right or wrong because a wrong angle which exercising might cause a problem like building muscles or torn tissues, muscles paint, etc.

This is an exercise for abs,lower abdominal it effects the lower abdominal.
